SDNY Attorney Service Pass
Beginning on Monday,
March 8, 2010
the District Executive’s Office will issue an Attorney’s Service pass to
members of the bar before the United States District Court for the Southern
District of New York who possess a valid New York State Unified Court System Attorney Secure Pass (“OCA Card”). Attorney Service
Passes will be issued on each business day between the hours of 8:30
a.m. and 12:00
p.m. at
the rear of the Attorney’s Lounge on the first floor of the Daniel Patrick
Moynihan United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street. Beginning March
19, 2010,
Attorney Services Passes will also be issued each Friday in White Plains, between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
to 12:00 p.m.,
and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Clerk’s Office at the
Charles L. Brieant, Jr., United States
Courthouse, 300 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY. Attorneys must bring their New York State Secure Pass with them when appearing at the
courthouses to obtain an Attorney Service Pass. The Court’s Standing Order
regarding Electronic Devices and General Purposes Computing Devices is available on the Local
