New Alert – Foreclosure Lis Pendens just filed:
Lis Pendens
filings are the
first indication of a foreclosure filing. The owner still has the property
under his or her control but foreclosure is a strong possibility.
CourtAlert will now provide you with new Lis Pendens filings quicker and more accurately than any
other source.
Within two hours of any foreclosure Lis Pendens filed with NYS
Supreme courts in the City of New York we will provide an alert,
CourtAlert 90, with the information including Block/Lot and other
information on the location. CourtAlert 90 contains the name of the
creditor and debtor and few links with useful information on the property:

of the area

Finance Department statement on the location
In Manhattan, for most cases, our reporter will
also review the legal complaint, summarize it and will provide additional
information, referred to as CourtAlert 91.
The
service will be free in May and at a $50 monthly fee thereafter;

CourtAlert CM/ECF – “Case To Go”
The CourtAlert Case
Management and ECF Interface package has been constantly evolving and
enhanced. For example, today's announcement features “Case To Go”.
CourtAlert case
management data base contains your firm’s data: structured case header,
structured dockets and diaries (due dates) and searchable PDF files
attached to the dockets.
Credit to the program interface
with incoming email notices from electronic filing courts, it takes almost
no effort to attach PDF files to the dockets and clients tend to have thousands
of PDF files.
Attorneys going to
trial, for example, might want this information on their laptop. We have
added a link from the docket sheet, which displays dockets and diaries and
is accessible from many inquiries, to automatically download all the information for the specified case. A docket
sheet displayable on the laptop will be created and all or just the
specified PDF files will be included.
Many CourtAlert CM/ECF
clients allow every interested attorney in the firm to access to the case
management data, the inquiry module is web based but secured, now each attorney
can download selected files for him or herself.
There
are several data security measures imbedded in the
process.
