As you may know, PACER announced that it will proceed with the scheduled price increase for PACER searches effective April 1st, 2012. Therefore, CourtAlert is in turn forced to adjust the CourtAlert for Pacer rate effective April 1st, 2012. Even with the new rates CourtAlert for Pacer is significantly less expensive than competing services.
We apologize for the need to increase the rate. Last year the Pacer price increase was delayed just before going into effect. While we were hoping this will happen this year, PACER has confirmed the April 1st date.
CourtAlert for Pacer is a popular service which provides new Pacer docket entries, optionally with the PDF, for cases on the applicable watch list and at the frequency specified. CourtAlert for Pacer is used to watch cases of interest and cases with similar parties or legal issues as your cases, without being listed on the public ECF record. CourtAlert for Pacer is also a reliable backup to ensure the receipt of Electronic Filing notifications.
CourtAlert for Pacer is available for every US Federal Court, Nationwide, other than the Federal Circuit Court in Washington, DC. The new rates are:

The service is reliable, clear and precise alerts are produced and nothing is emailed to you if there are no new dockets. To use the service the user enters the court and index number.We will let you know if an invalid index number was entered onto the watch list.
To use the service add the cases to the applicable watch list. The system will email you an acknowledgment and the watch will start.
