Emergency Election Applications:
The Courts have been working diligently to make sure we are prepared for Election Day. Unfortunately, Hurricane Sandy has made the task more challenging. Nevertheless, we will be available when needed during this difficult time. Accordingly, there are judges located in each county to hear emergency applications. Please contact the Board of Elections in your County for further information.
Please be advised: As of Friday, Nov. 2nd, the Boards of Election in Richmond and New York Counties do not yet have information posted about emergency applications, keep checking there for updates.
