The new CourtAlert 244 alerts users when a new Pre-Argument Conference is scheduled for cases on your watch list in the Appellate Division First Department ("AD1").
No action is required of the users; all cases on your
AD1 watchlist will automatically receive the new Pre-Argument Conference alert.
The AD1 Pre-Argument Conference rules were also the subject of a recent Tip of the Week. Those rules are referenced on each 244 alert.
CourtAlert services from Appellate Division First Department:
- Watch services for appeal and motion decisions; search by the trial index number
- Watch service for Oral Argument date; search by party name. The user can enter any number of alternate spelling for the party name (see details)
