One of the leading
features in our popular CourtAlert Case
Management and ECF Interface (“CourtAlert
CM/ECF”) is the ECF interface. The software automatically interfaces email
notifications from certain ECF courts, readies the text as dockets and
downloads the enclosed PDF files. The PDF files are then stored within
the firm and are linked to the dockets, and there is
no further Pacer costs to access them.
The interface with ECF notices was available for every US District and
Bankruptcy Court. Today the interface is enhanced to include every US Circuit court. This
now completes the interface to all federal ECF courts in the country.
