Responding
to clients' need is paramount for CourtAlert. We would like to announce
that CourtAlert has once again expanded it's watch service to include NYC Civil Court
(all 5 boroughs). Our clients have
been frustrated using additional services which provide the entire history
of the case for each new alert notification. As you can imagine this can be
time consuming having to scroll all the way down to find out what was
updated while using electronic devices outside the office.
The data
conversion required a lot of cleansing and extensive workflow analysis and
we would like to thank the Office of Court Administration for their
assistance as usual.
The
following new alerts are announced today:
1.
New Motion, (CourtAlert 330) and change in Motion Alert
(CourtAlert 333)
2.
Motion rejected alert (CourtAlert 332)
3.
New Event recorded (CourtAlert 340) - the event system is
separate from the Motion/calendar data. New Event alert will include
parties information
4.
Change to Event data (CourtAlert 341) and Event Rejected
Alert (CourtAlert 343)
5.
New Appearance (CourtAlert 321) and Action-at-Appearance
(CourtAlert 322)
6.
New Decision (CourtAlert 360) and change in Decision
(CourtAlert 361)
A new case
snapshot display is available. For example for the dates/decision
information please see <<details>>
and for case events information please see <<details>>.
Every NYC
Civil Court case can be watched; all five boroughs of NYC are
supported. Cases must entered to the
NYC Civil court watch list to be watched <<details>>
The standard
case watching fees apply.
We
believe that now, for the first time, there is a quality method to watch
cases in all boroughs’ of NYC Civil courts.
We are Committed to Remain the Best!
Thank You,
Izzy
Schiller,
President
