We would like to
announce that not only are we the market leader in electronic case watching
in New York, but we have taken that
leadership to San Diego,
California.
Users from California will see a variation of the New York based
CourtAlert web site. The web site will show the San Diego court immediately below the My
CourtAlert link on the left side bar.
For cases listed in the
applicable watch list, CourtAlert will automatically watch for new
Tentative Orders issued by the court. Any new Tentative Order for cases
being watched will be sent as an Alert within 15 minutes of the courts'
posting.
The user no longer needs
to frequently check the court web site. The CourtAlert program will check
every 15 minutes. For each case watched, the user can specify the first and
last day to watch the case.
The service is at no
charge or any other obligation, if you have no profile at CourtAlert;
please simply register on www.CourtAlert.com
under New User. You can then add as many cases for watch as you wish under http://www.CourtAlert.com/SanDiegoRulingWatch.asp.
We would like to thank
the San Diego
based clients who told us of this need and never hesitate to let us know if
you wish to receive timely data from courts. In most cases we will make the
service available.
We are Committed to Remain the
Best!
Thanks,
Izzy
Schiller,
President
