Personal — Luis A. Gonzales became a

by Governor George E. Pataki.
Judicial Positions — Prior to his service on the Appellate Division,
Justice Gonzalez was a New York Supreme Court Justice, 12th Judicial District,
from 1993 to 2002. In 1998 he sat as a Justice for the Appellate Term, First
Department. He was Acting Justice of the New York Supreme Court , 12th Judicial
District in 1992. From 1987 to 1992 he was a Civil Court Judge in New York, NY.
He sat as a Housing Court Judge for the Civil Court of the City of New York from
