Personal —  Barrington D. Parker, Jr. was born in 1944.  He began service for the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, in 2001, appointed by President George W. Bush. 

Judicial — Prior to his service for the Second Circuit, the Honorable Judge Parker was a District Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from 1994 to 2001.

Private Practice — Judge Parker was a Partner at Morrison and Foerster from 1987 to 1994 and a Partner at Parker, Auspitz, Neesemann & Delehanty, P.C. from 1977 to 1987.  From 1970 to 1977 he worked as an Associate for Sullivan and Cromwell. 

Clerkships — Barrington D. Parker, Jr. was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Aubrey E. Robinson, Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia from 1969 to 1970. 

Education — He graduated from Yale Law School in 1969 and received his undergraduate degree from Yale College in 1965. 

Memberships - He is a Successor Trustee and member of the Yale Corporation.
